18 viewers 11x11x19 inches aligned on shelves spanning 100 feet wood, paint, adhesive, toner-based print on paper and hardware.


Each viewer sits at the same height on each shelf and aligns to create a tunnel effect that spans the length of the Queens Central Librarys stacks. Lining this tunnel are images of bookshelves that reproduce a view down the aisles of the library. Thus the artwork’s affect is grounded in the patron’s experience of the library’s collection at large.
